Can anyone help me how to choose duplicate url

I am a E-commerce site owner who deals with home decor. I owned x-cart 4.1.1 which had seopro addon, that was generating url's for the site. Now I have upgraded to x-cart 4.4.5 which generate url's automatic. Past we had url's ending with no slash { / }. now these url's are to redirect to single slash{/} after redirecting the url the output url comes as the urls ends with double slash { // }after being redirected with 301 common and redirection rule from ht-access.

Can anyone help me to understand, Does Google considers these url's as duplicate.?



in past only cart was under SSL structure
currently the whole site is under SSL to URL starts with https://

yes, they are considered as seperate urls so check if it allows you to edit the URLs if not then redirection is the only method to avoid 301/404 page errors. We are experts in magento, so I can't talk much about x-cart here, but I can check the backend if you would like me to as all ecommerce website are same!
