Being based in Bulgaria, we can offer an excellent cost for the work. You may know Bulgaria is a preferred for outsourcing by many companies because of its IT talent and low work cost.

We work mostly with customers from USA, UK and the European Union, so we're trying to establish a partnership with a company who can either outsource project to us, or help us find customers in these countries. We already have such a partnership in UK and it was successful for several years.

It is a simply truth that simply because this is a forum for discussion between web Professionals.
Many members merely consider it to be a Notice board.
Many members believe it is merely a place to 'hang' a few links.
Many Members are barely even weekend webmasters and at least one packs groceries for a living. (I talked to his Mother via email)
Many members believe they are SEO's (because they read something somewhere, and it looks like easy money)

It is the readers duty to separate the wheat from the Chaff . . (there is often a delay before the moderators delete the crap)
