Looking for a User management system PHP script?

I am looking for a simple, free (or pay) and open-source user management system PHP script for a tech company web site.

The features are: users can create accounts, have their user area which they can view their own documents, user's area(To-Do Lists), their own download product web links and license keys...

Can someone give me some recommendations? or Which one are you using? Thanks.
