Arrow Review my new innovative site , lislia.com

Lislia.com is the one and only website in the world where users can bid, exchange, buy, sell their skills, services, ideas, experiences and secrets in a one place. It's a all in one solution.

which means you can trade experiences you know and secrets you know for something you are interested in

i am working in lislia.com since 6 months.
so all i want is to check my site and tell me what 's good and what 's bad.

The concept might be Ok as a business model but I'm afraid I really do NOT like the design.

The key space at the top should have an eye-catching brief message as to what your site does - a snappy way of saying "bid, exchange, buy, sell their skills, services, ideas, experiences and secrets". (Be wary of the word secrets - I initially took this to be secrets about someone else rather than "tips of the trade".)

Maybe overlay this website message on top of some sort of visual/rotating visuals to give an idea of all the different types of skills/services people could do.

Then combine your menu options into 1 line (look at coding for submenus) - or at least move all your blue menu options (internet/creative/animal etc) away from the top of the screen where a website message and visual should be.

Look at typos -"$10 wroth Lis pack" - wroth should be worth.

Also, why waste key selling/explaining space with two sets of register / Login buttons. Combine the two and declutter.

Hope some of this helps - it's meant to be constructive not critical.

Overall, you'd have to be careful with an idea like this. The things your users post have to work and be good ideas. If customers pay for ideas/advice and it doesn't work for them that would reflect badly on your website. I know you have it on your Terms of Service page but I think you should make it very clear on maybe your homepage that you don't provide the actual advice and people that buy and use the advice that is found on your website do so at their own risk.

As for the design, layout, logistics and functionality, there are many things I would change:

-I don't like how everything is center aligned. I'd take all the text on all the pages except the home page and left-align it. Also, align the menu to the left (not the text in the menu items though) and make the text bigger.
-The "Recent Activity" section on the front page could use a major revamping. Again, the center-aligned text makes it really awkward to read. Come to think of it, what's the difference between that section and the "Recent Lises" section? If there is none I'd get rid of the "Recent Activity" section entirely.
-Make a few formatting swaps. Take the items in your footer except for Terms of Service and add them to your menu. Take the links in the box underneath the red text on your front page and make that your new footer. Take the text that says "Simply start by adding a lis like this" and move it on top of the white box containing the lises and aim the arrow downward.
-I'm not sure about the "Recent Requests" page. Do you want it to be made public what lises members of your site are buying?
-There are a lot of sentences on your website that don't have spaces after you end them. Either single or double space after the punctuation mark of every sentence.

There are a number of things you can do to improve the website, but hopefully all goes well as you go along.

The colors suggest baby clothes or something. Definitely not the right colors. HTML is easy, as many first time users quickly discover, that's why anyone can do it, right? Well, not completely right. Anyone CAN do it, but most don't do it well, because they don't do the homework that's needed to get it right. In the case of this site, it would appear the designer went with what worked, and not with what was truly acceptable to the larger audience. It would have been an unattractive site in 1999. Where does that place it today? Back to the drawing board to come up with a real design, not some HTML mash-up.
