    A website designed off theft

I noticed http://explow.com provides a large variety of topics and items where photos are taken from other websites and used as a collection for their subject. So if we take the plant Meriania they will state>

"This page contains a list of latest news about Meriania which has been collected from credible news resources: CNN, Forbes, Bloomberg, TIME Magazine, FoxNews, BBC, New York Times, CBS, Sky News, Reuters, World Magazine, etc.
Apart from News, you can also use the tabs to browse Meriania images, videos, wiki information, tweets, documents and weblinks."

They will then post a variety of photos from different websites with no link or credit towards the source of the photo. This is clearly stealing. For articles they will normally post the author and the source for ex. CNN but with no link. I do not believe that is even legal. When I did a search on any complaints about this I did not see any.

    Does anyone have any comments?

It's up to copyright holders to police their own copyrights. You'll drive yourself insane worrying about what other people are doing and whether it is legal / ethical / moral. Focus on you and your projects and you'll be a lot further ahead.

Well my focus is not about the idea of what he is doing. It came to my attention when I saw my photos on his website when I was doing some research. And I have taken some action to that regard. As a side step to that I don't understand the concept of creating a website from the material of others without due credit. The site is very large and there was time and effort putting it together, but for what purpose, when they are not legally able to build a sustainable site in this manner.
