Here is a nice group of 19 domains, all with established sites and content, that are making some money.

The PERSONAL LOAN websites are the money generators for the most part and have better organic rankings in google and bing (personalunsecuredloan.org bing/yahoo/google rankings, personalloanonline.org google, signatureloanrates.com bing #1, signaturepersonalloan.com google/bing/yahoo, personalloanlenders.net google/bing/yahoo, personalloanlowinterest.com bing, signatureloanonline.org bing/yahoo)

Sites generally average 1-2 visitors per day. 2012 revenue is approx $480+ via CJ, T3 leads and Flex offers, several affilate programs in personal loan space (peer to peer) lending are now paying over $100 per application.

I didn't understand how does these site create revenue with just 1-2 unique visitor.
I am interested in buying a fully adsense revenue based site ,so if you have any site matching my specifications just PM me then.

This is basic marketing 101, its not the number of visitors, its how qualified the visitors are to the services you are offering. Increase the traffic, you increase the revenue. You can buy all the sites you want that get 100's or 1000's of visits a day without a defined market or service to monetize and you will be left with a nice analytics report but no money, good luck with your search.
