ClickBank Business Model and PPC Advertising -- Work At Home Opportunity?

Hello, my name is Robert and I am from Denver, Colorado. I want to start a business using ClickBank.com products and marketing them on my Web-sites to make residual income. I want to promote my products on-line, and I want to make money from home. I know how to write sales-copy, and I know how to use Google to post ads on the Google search engine with PPC advertising. I just need to find some good products to promote on-line, and the products that I need to promote will make me money from home when I get new subscribers from my businesses.

I want to start a portal that has a membership Web-site and get members to my Web-site and charge for the content that I display to my users. I want to promote products that are already on ClickBank and make extra money from home with ClickBank.com.

I have a merchant account through CDGCommerce, 2CheckOut, Google Checkout, PayPal and a fwe others, and I was wondering if anyone has had success by promoting other ClickBank.com products as an affiliate.

I am not really a newb, but this is my first experience with ClickBank. I setup Web-sites and promote them using PPC and social-media; so, I was just wondering if there were any other folks out there that were making money using the ClickBank.com model, and how much I can realistically make if I invest money into a PPC advertising campaign.

Make the visitors want to stay on your website. If you use google adwords or anything like that, check stats all of the time because its quite expensive.

I am naturally turned off by things which look like sales pages, but I'm only speaking for myself. probably because I don't often buy stuff online
