Thus far I'm very impressed with the design of the website. I like the colors you used and all the imagery. There are a few things worth changing though:
-As you probably already know, the Resources menu item runs into the search box. I'd probably move that search box to the top of page with the banner, social media icons, etc. That'll give you room to include the Contact item on the same line.
-The text about Android development, Java Development, etc. under the menu on the front page tells you about what those technologies do, but not about what they mean to the customer or how it helps them. Change the text to reflect this.
-Slight suggestion: consider making the footer black with white text, and make the rollover links that dark red color instead of gray.
-Another slight suggestion: consider giving the user a taller textarea for the "Requirement Description" field on the Contact page.
-What can be done to help it rank higher? One thing I see in the homepage's code is that you don't really get to the content until line 617. You may want to put some of those style declarations in a CSS file and some of those jQuery/JavaScript functions in a .js file.
-Another thing you could do...if you've done any work on anybody's website do a link exchange with them, depending on the site's content. One other thing you could do is to start up that blog with posts.
Overall, while the site is impressive if I were a customer I'm not really sure whether you're right for me. It's not very clear on what you do and all the jargon everywhere might seem a little intimidating. Most people couldn't tell you whether they want PHP or Java for their website, let alone the difference between the two. The content could be made more layperson-friendly and could guide the user on what may be the right package for him/her based on needs or problems.

Awesome look & feel. Content is trustworthy. Navigation is user-friendly. One thing, I could not found the sitemap.xml file.
