Or otherwise considered Google guidelines? Do you really think they would be fine sharing revenue with a scraper site when they don't want them in their organic listings in the first place?

Yes your website's content should be unique and useful. If you are writing content with the help of some other source, then do not forget to mention the resource at the end of your article.

if you write unique content specifically for human readers based on the keyword you are targeting you will get good adsense results. You won't get good results if your content is not unique
