Need a site reviewed for SEO

I have been reading threads here at this forum and always take into account the suggestions posted for SEO. I have recently created this website http://www.lean-6-sigma.com.au/ I have done the Optimization against the desired keywords. Need your feedback if I am doing it correctly or anything missing.

Reduce the characters from your Meta Title (keep within 70) & from your Meta Keyword Tag. Please also add the Sitemap.xml file.
