Need Some Advice/Appraisal

I have a website that uses Zencart software and sells taxidermy items and i have been considering selling it but i don't really know what it is worth. i'll post a little information in hopes that i may get some advice.

first of all the site is at www. taxidermyforsaleonline .com

i have over 150 visitors per day and do around $4k gross monthly. only about 15% of that is net right now because i really don't do anything except take other peoples items and mark them up, and then sell them.

i am usually #1 on google results for top search terms and have a little monthly adsense income as well.

i know there are many more factors to be considered but i am hoping that with what info i have supplied and by taking a look at the site, some of you could give me some sort of ballpark figure as to what the site could be worth.

If you have five years of operating history, you should be looking for around five times the average annual net. This is a rough figure, and you might be leaving dollars on the table if there is hidden potential, but it is a good yardstick.

Selling prospects diminish with potential so focus on the potential. Give the buyer ideas for bettering the business as part of your pitch. Why didn't you do this? I ran out of time, energy, or ambition can be your reply. That doesn't stop them from taking the ball to the goal line and getting you a good price for the business. A Promise to not compete helps, and offering your consultancy services for a time helps, too.

Sounds very interesting weegillis in theory anyway. I have to wonder how many sites get 5 times the annual net with the same number of years online. Any comments would be greatly appreciated by all!
