I'm getting a bit confused as to what you're saying/seeing...it's OK though...

So it looks like it's working right?

I have site/blog/sitemap and site/sitemap - both have indexed URLs.

Are you using the plugin and if not why ristenk?

Oh so you're concerned that 2 URLs are being indexed?

    Don't worry about it...they're lying :P

I'm worried that they are not being indexed... I'm not using the sitemap generator that someone else mentioned because I've already created the xml page.. which is just listing the URLs and labeling it sitemap.xml and putting it in the root for google.

I ran into a problem with permalinks. I know that Google can follow all sorts of links, but they sometimes dropthings from the index. Try using something other than the default. It's worth a shot.

The pages are indexed. GWT's lags behind actual indexing. Any time we put mysitedotcom/page into search and get results the page is indexed. As long as the site/pages show up in browser permissions are at least 755/644. Which is standard.

Type whatever pages you want to test into Google. Yahoo, DuckDuckGo and see what comes up.

Interesting... it did come up in the Google search... very strange that webmaster tools doesn't show it. Thanks everyone for all your input I think I have what I was looking for

    Hi

Your /wordpress Posts are indexed by Google.

You need to make some changes in your Wordpress configuration

    By example:
Your wordpress show sitename. com/wordpress and NOT www sitename com/wordpress (Remember is not the same with WWW and without

Your post are ?p=XX but is better if you create a friendly SEO link to Google.. Go to Settings.. Permalink Settings.. and choose Custom Structure .. you can put something like /%postname%/

I found some error at headlinesinc.com /sitemap.xml do you check it?

In Settings - Writing -- Do you check XML-RPC? And in Update Services you can write blogsearch. google .com/ping/RPC2 and some others too

Sorry but I can't write the correct links there

    Best regards
