No one has looked at this one yet, so let's take a look. Just a few little nitpicky things:

-Thicken up the items in the navigational bar and make them bigger. Right now they don't stand out at all.
-Throughout the website there are four different names/spellings for the company. Reconcile them all.
-On the front page to the right of the image rotator, change the font of the title "Cleanroom Services" to the Times New Roman font you used on the rest of your headers and subheaders (or whatever font you used). Either that or convert the rest of the headers to the font you used there.
-Make the boxes the content rests in more opaque (i.e. thicker). It's rather distracting to have the background image show through the boxes.
-I see no need for the image rotator on the front page to have toggles on it if there is no rotating text/content to go with it.
-The "Get a Quote Now" box really doesn't match the rest of the site. Unless that function can give you an immediate quote (I don't see how it could since it doesn't ask about the specifics about the job, building, etc.) I'd just get rid of it.
-Just a suggestion...on the front page under the Cleanroom Service header (next to the Commercial Cleaning header), change that topic. Right now that's just general information about the company and doesn't accompany the Commercial Cleaning section beside it. I'd replace it with a blurb about Green Cleaning or any other cleaning service the company provides
-On the Contact Us page I'd change the look and order of the form. Start off with the Name field, and place the Company field under it. Then, consider splitting the Address field into two fields (or maybe a textarea). Under that, consider placing City, State and Zip on the same line, with smaller field lengths for State and Zip. Then place Telephone and Email under those.
-More on the Contact Us form: don't make the Telephone field mandatory. People might not feel comfortable giving their phone numbers over the Internet. Also change the Comments textarea to say "Inquiry."

Overall the website is pretty good. It looks OK and is very functional. There are just a few things about it that could be made better or reconciled. In addition to the suggestions already made you may want to go over the text to make sure that's OK.

By looking at the logo image, I comprehend that CleanRoom is like a trademark or a business text, therefore your page title and also the big text message at the top right need to get adjusted. The navigation links can get better noticed if you use a kind of bold font and there is no need to use everything so white, when people move their mice pointers over the navigation links, a light blue background could seem better.

About that "Get A Quote Now!" block on the lower right, I guess that won't be necessary, you know, it's a common practice and strategy usually associated with vendors and sites which directly sell products to the customers. Your customers will be getting in touch via phone to negotiate the services. You already have put the phone number at the top right corner and the visitors notice that almost instantly.

Antihero13 I think is right.
The interface was clean and functional and I personally like the white background.
I take a look at Google and Bing interfaces and note they are generally white as a background and not too cluttered.
I am sure they have got their marketing people to realise and tell them this works best.
