    1. only H tag is h3>Ads</h3
    2. keyword "investment solutions" top of page

Can't see anything else. Maybe use <h1>logo 'alt text' - then <h2> list items: "New Scripts, Popular Scripts ..."

Google has rolled out their algorithms like Google Panda and Google Penguin and Google is keep updating it. If you want good traffic in your site you should have to follow Google guidelines. Link building with relevant and High PR sites with Do follow links. Regular content writing is also best way to increase traffic. You will get good result by doing this.

I'd just wait and see. Your site is loaded with useful content and your page rank is good. Doing anything rash right now could backfire. Wait a month or so and then slowly make improvements.

Everyone's in flux right now. If your rankings were good before you should wait it out. I had one top ten result that completley dissapeared after being therefor 7 years. It's a great page, informative, a perfect match for it's terms, I'm an expert in my field, and my inbound link are clean. I'm not going to panic and start changing a bunch of things until a few months have based, it's too early to tell as Googles SERPs are really messed up right now. Lots of irrelevant results for all terms.

i hope so i will get back the ranking, just add the h1 and h2 tags as suggested, lets wait for the best.

and Add good content on it.

is a link on left also effect the ranking too? it's with nofollow

    What Clay said.

Adding <h> tags is just sop. I doubt it's making a lot of difference. I like to look at my pages using Elinks browser. It's a little plain text browser. I use it to find and eliminate negative keywords like in "alt" tags. For a long time I didn't pay attention to those. I'd write something like penguin image. But penguin and image weren't relevant so now I try to come up with something better.

I've never found anyway to get search engines to do what I want. And, like Clay said, you have a useful site and there's really nothing wrong with it.

Someday we may live in a world without monopoly's and other controlling nonsense. Maybe...

If I were you, I would remove or move the top banner. In one of google updates, they were punishing sites with too many ads.
You have too many ads for your little content.

I have observed your site rankings today and found that your page rank is well and your Alexa rank is almost 260 k which is more likely than we have had before. I think some sort of good contents and some changes in design would gladly generate more traffic towards your site.
