I've found that a graphics associate of mine dables in web design and is using GoLive 5 for some small biz development. To me, when I checked the code (and it's not a fancy site at all- just some roll-overs for nav buttons) but it looks like this app generates enough code in the "head" to rate, IMO, an extreme case of code-bloat. Anyone else notice this with this GoLive?

Never saw this thread before today. Where have I been.
Development and sales ended in spring of 2008. GoLive 9 was the last. When they acquired macromedia, they switched over to DW and ditched GoLive. Customers were offered an upgrade to DW 8, at the time. I ditched GoLive after working with it for about a year. it was a giant pain in the rump, and yes, bloated to the hilt.
Haven't used GoLive for years.
Yes even way back then it created bloated code and browser specific coding plus a bunch extra folders not required for the site to run.
