Are you finding that your snatched articles are actually giving you valuable links? I get the same and it sometimes makes me wonder as a link in an article to my article just has to be more valuable than a snag of my text with a link back.

Some of them are, and some aren't. It depends on how the site is setup that has stolen my content. For example, if that page only has my stolen article on it then it will be discounted as duplicate content. However, if that site has other content on it, then it often gets recognized as "referenced" content and adds to my benefit.

That sounds very interesting indeed. Are there any more details about this that you can share?

    Not much changed

We decided to conduct a "study" of all our clients' SE rankings pre- and post-Penguin. Most of our clients showed no change or moved up in the rankings. The only ones that dropped were businesses that haven't updated their sites in a year or more.

I would say Penguin was completely against one anchor text using for link building, I diversified the anchor text and ranking got improved but I don't know exactly in terms of what percentage of my keywords should use anchor text and other related text for one url.

What new and useful information does this add to an over four month old thread spanning six pages?
