Your site is looking good. To make it more appealing change the color of the buttons (see more) to somewhat other than gray (say blue) and also the bookmarking buttons should be colorful. If possible also make the images in the middle of same size (width x height) for symmetry.

Up to your usual form. Clear, clean and concise. My only suggestion at this point would be to set the SELECTED to 'Select options' rather than 'All' in the Course select control. This would prevent FALSE submissions for this field, anyway. My opinion.
