Good day members of WebProWorld.com. Today I have, with the great assistance of John Britsios (webnauts) of SEO Workers, officially launched TeleSEO.com which is a site offering telephone SEO services for business owners (or even SEOs) searching for SEO advice from a trusted SEO provider and is the one of the first social semantic web 3.0 based service directories online (John will further explain this).

It took John and myself about 3 days working together on it to complete it aside from adding the Google+ and Facebook share buttons at the top of the page. These will be added in a short time.

The site also offers a great membership page for SEOs that would like to offer their services via the telephone. All SEO data on the membership pages, including personal and business information, is expressed as structured rich-snippet data etc. with the following features:

1. author validation through Google+
2. linked social profiles
3. open graph information enriched with user data
4. rich-snippet personal information
5. rich-snippet organization information
6. rich-snippet price information related to the SEOs telephone SEO advice
7. a link to your SEO website
8. invisible rich-snippet markup pointing to your SEO website contact page

You can search an SEOs name, city or province/state.

At the moment, there aren't that many searches for telephone SEO services but I'm as time passes and/or the site becomes more popular, I believe more people will become interested - business owners and SEOs alike. What do you think?

Overall we invite all SEOs and Internet marketers to register. Your profile will be reviewed and if accepted added to the directory. At the moment it is required that all SEOs that register, have a Google+ profile and link it to their TeleSEO profile page. If you're accepted there will be a small monthly cost to having your membership.

Given that geo-location is, for telephone communications, most dependent on Time Zone, and, for some, Distance vis-a-vis billing.

Why, then only a City/State search function? Why a US-centric search function?

Hi deepsand. I sort of don't understand your question but, for one thing, the information that I would gather from the new member is added as "custom fields" within wordpress, when I create the page.

So I did a search for my phone number for instance and there were no results. So it seems wordpress doesn't want to pick up information from custom fields...

But also, at the moment I don't see why a person seeking advice would want to add a phone number...maybe an area code, but wouldn't a city/state search be easier?

Very very true, and now that I think about it, there's really no reason one should try to find one to speak to in their area...hm, this is a tough one. I can't think of any reason a user would search the site then. By name? Who cares?

I'm thinking it's a better profile resource for SEOs that want to sell tele servics, but from the stand point of business owners, it's useless unless pages are found in the search results based on city/state keyword searches for the service.

Well, given that one will want to find someone in a Time Zone that's generally "open for business" at a time convenient for the caller, some sort of locational selection would be useful.

As a starting point, consider using the searcher's geo-location plus an East/West longitudinal range of his own choosing.
