For me, a big negative is lack of physical, postal address.
I am not sure that I want to buy car rental in the USA from an Andorran company.
I hate the stock images.
I have no idea how you are better than: Expedia, etc.
Thank you for Dave your input, however this is not very helpful to me.
The stock photo I can agree somewhat however its more your personal opinion and not a general defect who would people prevent from booking. Our Market is Europe and not in the USA so the location also here is of lesser importance to the European people. (In fact we have an office in California as well, so maybe we could add this to also attract US public).
We think however in this globalized world people are more open and Andorra is like Switzerland with more secure with more honest people than many other places in the world. Maybe the fact that 80% of Americans don't even know where Andorra is can give value to your argument.
Why don't you try and compare with Expedia ?
This morning I checked: April 1st to April 9th 1 person Expedia was $610 for the flight and $307 for the car ttl.$917 together. wwwusflydrive.com had as a package $853.00. I know why we are cheaper - most of the time - but can't disclose it here...and on top of it we include a $1million 3rd party insurance.
You say in your signature WebEnhance Service - Worldwide so you will sell your service worldwide but buy from the US only.

the first 3rd of a site is a very important area, but here it looks quite empty.
I suggest to skip the header image and have a slider instead that holds latest deals or such.
The ticker is advertising something, but doesn't link. I would place exactly this ticker information (together with graphics) inside the slider.
Or any other specials you are offering.

My instinct is that people will buy tickets on the best and easiest-to-use booking site.
They will plan trips on the best and easiest-to-use trip planning site.
Maybe if a site does a superlative job with one or the other, they can help out with the second one because customers are already on the site. But, I don't think that by simply combining the two, each using suboptimal implementation, that makes a business with traction. Unless you've got a great web development team, that could be tough to change.
You might have some luck booking tours and taking a commission there if you make that a more central part of your site? Tour operation generally isn't going to be as efficient a market as flight or car rentals; guides might be more eager to work with you; and I would guess commission %'s are much higher.
