social media / business card theme for wordpress

hi, i`m looking for a wordppress theme that does nothing but display feeds/excerpts from my different social media profiles like facebook, twitter, linkedin, youtube etc. That way i don`t have to add new content to my website, but only to my social profiles, which will be (partially) displayed at the website.

one i found allready is the MiniCard theme (google)
allthought that one only displays the icons of the social profiles

i`d like to find one that actually displays content. anyone?

social media mashup plugin looks great but doens`t pull feeds from facebook anymore since the moment facebook pages don`t use ID`s anymore. Any substitution of this plugin? or further news on development? thanks
