    Question Sitemap for a forum

Hy i have a small problem: I am making a sitemap for my site that have a forum but one day i have let say 90 pages next day i have 65 .
How can i solve the problem ? Will the pages that are not in the sitemap anymore show as errors in google webmaster?
Please help . If i exclude all pages from the/forum from the sitemap and show only the static html pages of the site how will this look too google?

I forgot to mention or not been to clear that I have a site and to that site i have attached a forum so i do not have a stand alone forum. So i will need a sitemap at least for the site and exclude the forum from the sitemap(my opinion). But i do not know if or what errors i will recive in webmaster tools.

Maybe you can try to do a cron job that can generate a sitemap on a regular basis?

One rule in the sitemaps, whatever links you put in sitemaps should work without any redirection. Excluding link from sitemaps won't give you any error. Further you can check the sitemap status from Google webmasters account.

Regardless the number of entries in sitemap.xml, there is little or no guarantee that all of them will be selected for indexing. Google, and others will usually look for the TOP pages that contain the best information relating to the site as a whole. They may pick the top 100 out of a 1000. The internal navigation 'should' be pointing to the other 900, so nothing is lost.

You can have more than one sitemap for a single domain, as far as I understand. This means your main sitemap.xml could point to key pages on your site, and the forum.xml could point to key pages in the forum. KEY pages, not every single URL.

Aside: CRON jobs cannot be performed on shared hosting environments, if I understand correctly. They need to be written on and executed by the server as Scheduled Tasks. I may be wrong...

Or schedule an external sitemapper tool to run e.g. daily/weekly at night to do the job (crawl, create sitemap, upload sitemap)

If you find a sitemapper tool you like, but can't find in the help how to use the scheduling features (...) you can always email the developer of the tool and ask.
