I found it clean and well organized. The city descriptions were informative and inviting.

The map worked and I didn't need to enable scripts! <insert points>

I didn't really like being sent to another sight for the ticket information, but I guess you do what you gotta do.

I like the site. I only have a few suggestions. Firstly, I think that this bit: "View flights in January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter" at the bottom of the page is a bit redundant and unnecessary. Also, I don't know if it is necessary to include a link to your sitemap from the homepage, but I may be wrong, it could work for your site, but it is much easier for a user to find a flight by searching for it instead of looking at the site map. Also, add a short cut icon to make your site more identifiable from tabbed view. That's all; good work so far!
