I have been looking for some accurate ideas about pricing for custom fan pages. So far, most of the prices I have found online have been so low that I would expect them to look like awful clip art. If anyone here has been offering custom Facebook fan pages, how are you quoting them?

To answer your question, you really dont have to pay for this, as there are so many tools to help you make a really awesome engaging page completely for free. Yes i'm agree with Noah really no need to pay for Facebook Fan Page. Go in GitHub download FBApp for developers upload on your website you will find youtube video tutorial "how to...", You can make also Images by yourself use woobox for free an dpost them or like img or you can write full html page need to follow html iFrame tag, div tag...
I'm making FB fan pages from few months ago. Browsing you can find lot a free stuff like banners, tab's... ready to use.
