I have designed a database in which I have created 4 tables,
1. Pregnant Women Data
2. Feedback of Pregnant Women
3. Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs) Data
4. Villages Data

Now I want to design a form on which I want to show:
* Total Number of Pregnant Women registered (count from Pregnant Women Data Table)
* Total Number of Traditional Birth Attendants Registered (count from TBAs Data Table)
* Total Number of Villages Covered (count from Villages Data Table)
* Total Number of Cases Running (count from Feedback Table)
* Total Number of Cases Closed (count from Feedback Table)
* Total Number of Delivery Kits Distributed (count from Pregnant Women Data Table)

Can anyone help me?
