Cool Facebook "In the Name Of Security" But I sincerely wonder of Whom?

It seems that Mark Zuckerberg has finally gone off to the sunset the Facebook being courted by another company or group of companies wanting to buy it. Some say it is a adone deal already. What makes me upset about Facebook is that I can no longer be a member of it without a Cellphone, IPOD, IPAD, or Palm Pilot Pin Code. A normal telephone seems to Facebook a thing of the past because they would rather skim from the debit websites and Pay Pal as well as Cellphone Mins than have loyal clients be members of Facebook.

You have to VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT THAT YOU REALY EXIST. I can assure others that I certainly do exist on here in this thread I write; unless MSN Internet Passport suddenly decides to do an "Mark Zuckerberg" to all of it's clients that are Non Cellphone. Unfortunately there will be a massive outcry of clients against MSN because of it's being underhanded since MSN is the last way that people can get on the internet, I have DIALUP, yessss as I said DIALUP. It is not perfect but it keeps me on the internet and in some social networks. It is frustrating having to feel like a 3rd class citizen thanks to Facebook doing things against Non-Cellphone clients. I am alarmed at the musings of Joshua Brown, the self proclaimed Mega former Broker in an article and on his blog where he mentions about the fights of the Wealthy, Billionaires, Millionaires against the Plutonocrats as well as the poor of the world.

It is very chilling to fully understand what little regard such a man like Joshua Brown has for everyone around him; it is funny also seeing him say such things and after I buy products and pay for Support Services like telephone, television and tech items.....I wonder if I didn't if he would have had such a good job as he did for those years he did. I hope you people read up on Joshua Brown learning what I did about him.

Facebook is filing their IPO paperwork, probably Wednesday. After that I have no idea what you are going on about.

Steve G I think you do Mr Steve The Moderator; alot of people whom do not have alot of nifty things such as cellphones won't have access to things like Facebook. I am using a normal telephone to connect to the internet and you wireless technogeeks knock me off of my dialup for long periods and I am writing my thread from a used laptop I bought from a friend reciently. To Signin to Facebook you have to have an approved Verified Internet Email Address that has pincodes in it from cellphones etc. Most people having wireless gets internet prority more than I do and I get alot of bumpoffs on the internet, I am pretty wise to the goings on of those that have priority when it comes to getting on the internet.

I'm confused by your posts. So you have a bad internet connection and you are mad that Facebook makes you verify your account? I don't get it.

Steve G, as to Joshua Brown, you ought to read the Internet News that was reciently put on MSN, it was about the "Anonymous Hackers"; I had read info about what JB had said and it was chilling to say the least what higher Billionaires think of the wee people such as me, Steve G you would not have a cushy job if it was not for me and millions of others in Canada and the USA paying for what you have now. Nor would people like me be on the internet if we did not budget for computers and abit of high tech items that are expensive, I am budgeting for an $550 PC for the one that was destroyed by hackers, it will take me about 3 months to get the money up to purchase it from my local Future Shop.

rah, do you have a Cellphone and IPOD-IPAD, Palm Pilot etc? If you do Facebook gives you first Priority to sign in to them and you have immediately an Pincode so you do not get sidetracked by their security processes! I tried to signin with my telephone number but it was no go, it was if I was a blind deaf mute to Facebook.

I do have a cellphone, and I'm not sure what you mean by first priority. I've never given Facebook my phone number and they have never asked me for it.

I had a Facebook account for 3 years and was happy with it; now I cannot even get into Facebook; the security procedures are supposed to be designed to keep hackers and scammers supposedly off Facebook but in reality the hackers and scammers are very teched up and can afford the very best almost as good as the US Government has for tech wired in.....they have deep pockets and many hackers-crackers worked at IT jobs for alot of the Internet companies before they went rebel Wildwest Internet.

Oh don't worry Rah; if you get hacked then Facebook will be asking for your Cellphone Number, after my computer was hacked Facebook demanded such information! A MSN Account Email Address was simply NOT GOODENOUGH FOR THEM, they wanted more information, I had to get another MSN Email Account after MSN believed I was was a hackercracker......My computer that I had for 15-18 years was destroyed by a Sirrus Were Mini Dump Remote Access Trojan.

Sadly any tech can get hacked these days by very determined Hackers-Crackers with money to buy the very best Anti Virus-Trojan Softwear and they turn it around making it into Malware Programs to target all the tech that keeps us wired to the internet, Rah the Hackers-Crackers have their own groups on Facebook and also have group websites they stay intouch with other Technogeeky Hackers-Crackers. They strongly attacked me because I spoke out against then as Ironically I was playing the same Battle Stations game as they were.

***Eyes WilliamC wondering if he is serious or merely curious about my thread, thinks he knows about bumpoffs of those whom don't have all the tech bells and whistles*** Ahhh Dear WilliamC Moderator; you seem to work in custom programming want to try to tell me Facebook is not catering to those with tech bells and whistles to profit off them?

Serious question Eric: Do you start drinking early and then come here to make these sorts of posts?

This entire thread, every post by you is just rehashing the exact same thing in basically every post as if you are trying to lead to something that you just never seem to find.
