quick redirects not working

I just renovated an existing Wordpress site and am having trouble with redirects. There was a page of 'quick redirects' which work fine. I made a few changes, most of which are working, but two will not update. Regardless of what I do, the redirects remain pointed to the URL in the original redirect. I even deleted the redirect and it continues to point to the prior page??? help!

Also, trying to figure out how to overcome the automatic removal of the www in front of the URL
