    Earning from Google Adsense

    Hi Folks,

I haven't tried Google Adsense as yet and curious to know about it. Can anyone tell me how much Google adsense pays you for publishing their ads and getting clicks on it? I mean the rate of payment?

payment is variable and depends upon the then cost of the ad. you can earn well, but should plan

I believer that the OP is asking what percentage of the CPC is paid out.

If your keyword has an cpc of at least $1, that means you will get at least 40% of a dollar.. This is not always true. No one really knows the formula that Google uses. If you ask on different forums you will get different answers. Just make sure you target only keywords that have a $1 cpc.. This should get you at least 40 cent per click ( You are paid per click)

If my average CPM(cost per 1000 impressions) is $0.45. That means for every 1000 ad impressions, I earn 45 cents.

The actual CPM/CPC is paid by an AdWords client. Google pays the AdSense publisher only a fraction of that amount.

It is AdWords ads that are published under AdSense.

There is no CPM/CPC for the AdSense publisher, only for the AdWords advertiser.

The AdWords advertiser pays a CPM/CPC. Google and the AdSense publisher split what he pays.

Just to clarify. You earn nothing for publishing Adsense ads, you only get paid when they are clicked on.

Your conversion rate, Page CTR (page click through rate) is the proportion of page views that generate ad clicks and is the most useful metric for a publisher. How much you actually earn depends on the current rate for ads targeting the keywords that caused the ads to be displayed. This changes all the time.

What of those AdWords listing which are charged on a Cost-per-Impression basis?

Are they AdSense presentations? Or, are they published under a different Google affiliate program?
