The site looks alright for a web catalog but I don't think the colours really work well together. The header is a light blue/green while the links are green and the Logo is hot pink and purple. Also it's relatively new I'm assuming? Because it doesn't have many sites in it yet. Good luck with increasing that.

Well I will thin of changing the logo and its colors!!! I let you know here about this changes )
And yeah it is very difficult to find webmasters to sign up there and to test the registration! There only 64 websites, but I do hope I increase this number )

Good luck with spreading the word of your site and increasing it's catalog. And if you do change the logo/colours, feel free to let us know here as we'll be glad to review it as well

If your main objective by running your website is to moderate a big directory portal, probably similar to DMOZ, your homepage needs some modifications because when net visitors arrive on your front page, they may feel a bit confused as all they can see is links of websites which have been submitted to your site.

Those drop down menus seem too complicated and difficult to use as the fonts are too small and each menu contains additional sets of links. You can follow the standard procedure used by directory admins, putting plain text links on your homepage, in the middle of your page, each representing a main category and then when viewers click on them and visit the sections, they can find links pointing at other smaller divisions and subcategories.

Well I will change the default page of the project to this > fokebox.com/all_categories.php
But I do it as soon as more websites are registered
And I think of changing the drop-down menu to make make it easier to use )

I like the design overall. In another website it might be overly simple, but it works here because of the number of categories you have.
