the design is so plain and simple... I would add an attractive header or logo to liven it up a bit..

What is inherently bad about "plain & simple?"

What do you think the OP's target audience wants?

The E-Map, http://www.fokebox.com/main_framemap.php, is of no practical use. Visitors are not going to try to locate all of the tiny dots and do a mouse hover to see what they are.

You might also give thought to providing a Contact Us page.

Well I think it is a littile bit too early to give such information. I do it as soon as users and visitors need to contact us =)
E-map is not the main idea, but it is one of the fatures for all and later there will be some options and functions to make it for practical use!

It's a feature of no practical use to a visitor. In fact, it might be argued that it constitutes a form of cloaking.

It is not a source of information, but simply a depiction of what are to the user unknown data points.

It is a collection of links which are clearly visible to an indexing engine, but not so to the human user.

As already noted, users are not going to spend the time needed for their exploring all of those little dots.

And, Google and/or other SEs may well view it as cloaking, for the reason noted, and respond accordingly.
