Aside from things mentioned, like the annoyance of the non-minimizable "Get a quote" button and the links being weird (the links under Packages and Our Work for SEO go no where), you really need to fix the grammar and spelling issues. You need to fix the links that all point to the same areas. Both in the footer and in teh drop down. There's absolutely no reason to have 30 links point to 3 pages.
Deepsand: Those links are provided by w3c to show that your site is compliant with w3c standards for XHTML and CSS. They really have no purpose other than that.
But you should really remove those considering that neither your XHTML nor your CSS is valid and compliant with web standards. Lying on your index is not very professional.
