I am looking for a plugin that can help me do the following:

it must let me make a form which the user will fill out for booking / enquiring on a conference

Conference Name:
Contact Person
email
Tel
Fax
Date of conference

Then radio buttons or something to choose between Full day / Half day conference (Full day R220, half day R200.)

then tick boxes /radio buttons to select one of four menu options for the conference (each menu option costs a different amount)
then lastly to select whether they would lke to hire a projector or not (extra R650)

then they must select how many people for the conference, then there must be a sub total beneath it

Gravity Forms (http://www.gravityforms.com/), a $39 commercial wordpress plug-in should be able to do the above including quantity extensions and totaling. It can integrate with PayPal for payment. If you need a more robust shopping cart, the $89 Cart66 (http://www.cart66.com/) commercial wordpress plug-in adds many eCommerce, fulfillment and payment options and includes Gravity Forms bundled with it. Both plug-ins are from the same developer and perform very well.

try using 123 Contact Forms. They are very versatile when it comes to creating these kinds of forms.

I think online booking plugin would make the booking more simple. It do not require any registration and visitors can directly book their appointment.
