    I think no one can give you fast approval directories list, because mostly directory need more then three months for free site listing approval.

    Some directories approve submissions, right away. And then some review and approve the first day. Even more take a week or two. And yet more take a month or longer. And finally, some just never approve the submission at all. IMO, if you are getting a 70% success ratio, you are doing good.

    The PR values shown on your list are meaningless, as one does not get the PR of a Domain's home page, but only that of the page on which ones listing appears.

    Totally agree with you.
    I posted the links to popular directories (as for me). They just are sorted by PR and nothing more.

    yeah, mostly directories take you to a different page that has PR0-PR1 compared to their home page PR which is like PR5-PR6. So, its not worth submitting to these directories(most of the article directories do so).
