Duplicate AdWords account

If I have two AdWords accounts with same credit card as funding source, will Google ban me or disable one of the accounts if they find out?

What's Google policy on this?

Given that it is not uncommon for a single party to be maintaining and administering multiple AdWords accounts for different clients, assuming that you are not using the two accounts in tandem to manipulate the listings for a common set of keywords/phrases, there should not be a problem.
