Is there any legal issues in using ".in" in domain name of a commercial company ?
I have question that is there any legal issues in using ".in" in domain name of a commercial company ?
It is not clear what you mean, as .in is a Top Level Domain (TLD); a Domain Name would be that which precedes it.
The complete form is DomainName.TLD, as in My_Site_Name.in.
It's fine, there are no restrictions with using a .in domain name for a company, If you want to see all of the policies associated with .in registrations check out inregistry.in (the central authority for that tld.)
Setting aside the fact that .in is a TLD, i.e. not something that appears in the Domain Name proper, the OP's question speaks to "legal" issues, not Registration restrictions.
