Whow, lets not start talking about calling me a theif. I am definitely not (Just clarifying before it goes that far). I am just wanting to figure out how I could potentailly open an ebook store. I have not sold anything and I do not have the opportunity to do this beyond Clickbank at the moment, so I'm trying to discover how I may make the idea into reality.

Perhaps the best thing is to become a reseller in one or more publishing houses. Since you have no name yet, they will probably ask for money up front.

There are possibilities to get resell rights to lots (thousands) of e-books. Check out http://www.bookdownloadsites.com/ and see the ad on the bottom left. For a few dollars you can get the resale rights for thousands of ebooks. You can also simply do a search for "ebooks with resale rights" or something like that.
