Need to create perhaps with AJAX a floating nav bar, actually a nav circle of buttons

Looking for site examples or code ideas for creating in HTML a small bundle of buttons that can be dragged to different parts of the screen while browsing. Like how the Mac DVD player has that little controller that fades on and off and you can slide it around and use it to control the player, but for a website. Any help?

As noted in an earlier post to this forum (HTML5) there are some security concerns that are still being dealt with. User interactivity has not yet matured to the point where we can be reasonable assured of its security. The CANVAS and drag-and-drop feature are what you want, but getting it into production safely should be right at the forefront of your efforts, imho. Just a thought. Please keep us posted on your findings along this quest.
