@vramak: I like your logo and the perspective from which you derived it. It looks good and I can see it doing well across various types of stationery and marketing collaterals. Having said that, there's something about the 'ball' at the top that seems out of place to me. Maybe you should consider it's shade or something. Hope that helps.

I have one more possible take on the logo: it looks as if it contains an "open book" (a couple of books, actually), which lends itself to the notion that your company is "forthright and easily understood..."

I don't like the font you have used. I find the 'R' nad the 'A' in VIRA to similar.
