Please post your views on my real estate logo

    Hello!

I'm planning to change the logo of my real estate company as the present one is very old and hasn't exactly stood the test of time. This will be the new logo I'm planning to use - logo-dhayalan.jpg

The logo was designed to look abstract and to be interpreted in different ways like,

    * Building blocks, representing our industry and also strength and balance
    * A plant, representing growth
    * The letter 'V' which is the first letter of our company's name
    * A human with arms spread, representing our customer focus. (I have to admit this perspective isn't represented correctly.)

Please provide your valuable suggestions and criticism. Thanks in advance!

looks like a building company, not real estate.

Yes, we build and sell homes. In my country real estate companies usually do both construction and promotion of properties.

Smart logo. You have put two Vs which looks like a two stored building. I like your logo.
Anyways have you guys started any projects either and are you from India?

Thank you! Our company has been in the business for more than 26 years. We recently restructured our company so we thought it would be a good time to rebrand it. Most of us liked this logo but I wanted some expert opinions before ultimately choosing it. That's the reason I posted here. Check out our site if you're interested in knowing more.

I wonder why you don't put your physical address into your contact page. As a builder and Real Estate agent you would profit from direct contacts.
To the logo, if you leave the background out it looks better.

Wow! I don't know how I missed putting our office address in the contact page. I've added the address now. Thanks for the advice on the logo. I'll discuss with the designer to see if something can be done about the background.

    We build everlasting structures?
Nothing is everlasting in the physical world. Use different frazing.
The logo is actually very good. It is rising upwards, simple and can be seen in many ways. The one on the bottom of the page reminds of a flower. Get it copyrighted.

The slideshow needs better words I agree. I came up with the phrases in a hurry. Thanks a lot for your comment on the logo!

I support your idea of changing the business logo according to the demand of time but I would suggest you to use some different background color to give the feel of that mentioned block(representing building). Currently its looking as a branch having four leaves and one fruit at the top. Changing in isometric dimensions is also a good idea.
