    Only guessing here GE, but I think it could be because WPW have it included in the ecommerce section.

    IMO, it should have been Domain & Hosting, as they both go pretty much hand in hand.

    I'm actually going to agree with greeneagle here (which probably means we're right because we normally don't). Hosting is really an issue that is its own standalone concern, and should have its own forum accordingly. A site doesn't have to be an e-commerce-enabled site to need hosting, and it doesn't necessarily need a domain either (many hosts offer them as part of the package, and there are also free hosts for personal sites and for newbietypes.)
