    Conversion of database from Ms Access 2003 to SQL Server 2005

    Can anyone tell me the steps to convert a database file from Ms access 2003 to SQL Server 2005 ?????

    The salient point here is that your best source of assistance for this is, not here, but MS itself.

    The easiest solution to your problem for conversion from MS Access database to SQL Server is to use the Upsizing Wizard. The Upsizing Wizard helps in.1) Preserves database structure, including data, indexes, and default settings. 2)Automatically converts Access validation rules and default settings to the appropriate SQL Server equivalents. 3) Maintains table relationships and referential integrity after you upsize.

    To run the Upsizing Wizard in Access 2003, on the Tools menu, point to Database Utilities, and then click Upsizing Wizard. If you need more help you can check out at support.microsoft.com
