I'd give you $5 for it, that's all. You're using a generic SMF theme, with a total of 77 members, of which the average member has posted 1 post. Many of us on here could buy a similar domain name for $10, rig the SMF forum up to our hosting and be doing what you have done thus far in 15 minutes. You will not get $300 for the website you have mentioned. You need to offer more... more content, more users, more user activity, more information about potential income, potential growth and profit etc..
