I have an AdWords account, which I'm not putting much effort into lately, but G keeps sending me a coupon every few months or so. The trouble is, you can't use them with an exisiting account, nor can you use more than one if you set up a new account. Transferable, yes. Against Google's rules, not that I'm aware of; in practice, no way for Google to know.
Throw away $$$; probably not, as can only be used on new accounts.
