How to create animated flash banner for building website

Hi, I'd like to make a flash banner for my website. Anybody has a good idea?
I came across an article of "Animated Flash Banner Maker for Building Website " online, but still not quite sure about it, and it recommends to use AnvSoft Photo Flash Maker.
Has anybody used that one?
How do you make flash banners?

Any suggestions can be appreciated a lot.
