Could be several things. Out of date drivers for the USB devices can cause problems.
Also having to many devices plugged in to the USB ports can pull to much power from the supply.

I am using only 2 USB devices - mouse and USB modem. But using USB mouse why should keyboard suffer for that?

First look and see if their is a firmware update available for your motherboard. The manufacturer may have fixed any issues. Next see if you can change USB ports, finally look at newegg for a new usb keyboard.

Go to the Device Manager from your Control Panel. Select 'Keyboards' from there. You should see an entry "standard PS/2 Keyboard" there. Double click on that and you will be presented with a screen on 'Standard PS/2 Keyboard Properties'. Look for any conflict from the conflicting device list.

If you see none, you may want to swap the keyboard with another one to rule out the possibility of a failing keyboard.

Thanks everyone for helping me. I have solved my keyboard problem by replacing PS2 mouse with USB mouse. Now my Keyboard is working fine.

That USB mouse has been burned out due to short circuit. I think this problem was raised due to short circuit.
