-Brighten up the blue in your logo. You can barely see the "Aid" against the black. In fact, use a brighter blue across the board--the login and register links barely show up. Also your slogan is hard to see too.
-Place those regular login and register links in front of the Facebook login--either to the left or on top of it.
-Maybe it's just me but I'd put the Categories on the left and the questions on the right. Also, give the Categories box a header with text that makes it stand out above the regular text in that box.
-The tone of the text in the About page is a bit condescending. It insults the intelligence of your users to remind them to use good grammar and that they have a spell checker in Firefox. Also, bolding the words "will get you banned" just sets a negative tone. Where are the site rules, by the way.
-The point system isn't explained at all. Do you accrue points for asking questions? The quality of questions? Giving answers? Others liking your answers? Oh, and who gives out the points?
-It'd be good to add a Legal section or something somewhere that explains the answers come from other people and not you so you can't be held accountable if an answer winds up wrong. Also, warn your users that the answerers aren't verified experts and any answer posted should be "believed" at the user's own risk.
Overall, it's a good website. It should be buzzing once you get more content in. All the changes I suggested are relatively minor but might make a positive impact.
