You can request google to remove such kind of content and the above link will guide you through all the process.

Umm, No, you can NOT, in this case. Please start reading the thread before trying to post to it. You have no clue what the OP is even talking about.

I know what he is talking about and just like the other guy mentioned in it that competitors also follow these steps to create a bad impression of your company and if you are clear of those complaints and you can provide the proof then you must submit your request to Manually De-index the page from the SERP's.

and again, wrong. Google will not deindex a bad review simply because you wish it, you can show all the 'proof' you wish. Leaving a bad review for a bad product is never going to be against the law, hence it is not going to become 'illegal'.

you are getting it wrong, all i'm saying is that if someone left a bad review about your product which isn't bad like you are having 4+ stars on it and suddenly a single bad review pops up then you can get that review removed from the index.by following the procedure of the link shared in earlier post.

Still wrong. Read the page that you cite.

This tool will guide you through the process of reporting content that you believe warrants removal from Google's services based on applicable laws.
There is no law against writing a bad review.

    Hi Jhnbrwn

You might find this link useful

    http://www.seomoz.org/blog/whiteboar...e-1-domination

It describes a number of methods of dominating the top ten search results for your brand or product searches and pushing bad reviews on to page 2. I'm not sure if this is exactly what you need but I thought it may be useful for others who have similar problems.
