Which tools are very beneficial for internet marketing?

Some attempt to accumulate Profile Links with an eye toward boosting their PR.

Had one fellow, whose site advocates such, claiming that it will bring visible results in 3-4 weeks, here last night setting up multiple new accounts.

So a good BB should disallow / block bots from profile folders. It is worse when bots are used for this. On my own forum phpBB 2.* forum I had to rewrite StarfoxTj and delete 220 000 members. That tool is inbuilt in the newer version of phpBB. Even for software it took hours since I am on a shared server for that forum. I had to delete 5 000 / 10 000 at a time. It was done while I did other tasks so not a big problem for me.

There are weaknesses in the adaptive inverted link model of the web, unless it can be adapted to punish so obvious spammers.

There is one penality that spammers will remember. Negative effects of their link manipulation attempts. I could have posted a semantic link to the story, but since som of my links was rewritten a time ago by a moderator, members that have posted here for years and contributed are treated like those who only post for links.

there are so many features in IBP. If you use IBP you can see there are lot of features like keyword research,variour tools,ranking reports etc.

Right. I have used IBP, and know it well. My point was that explaining why you use a tool instead of just saying you use it, is more beneficial to the OP's question and to the thread.

Great bit of info, but perhaps you should post credit to where you took this information so that we know it's someone else's material, rather than believe it is your own thoughts. I'll just point out that sites like Pinterest and Gentlemint are blowing up the internet marketing world. Getting linked on one of those sites can catapult your business in a few days - if you take the time to know how to use them.

The subject of this now moldy thread is "tools," not how/where to try to get IBLs.

You should increase your rank. Then you will be on the top of the list of the search engine. You will get more and more visitors who will check your site and products. Use keywords.

I'm having trouble finding which tool you are recommending in this post. The OP is asking for advice on which tools are good for Internet marketing, but it seems you want to post "fluff" which won't help the OP, or practically anyone, one bit. You wouldn't be just trying to increase your post count, would you??

The best tool I found for internet marketing is me ( in your case you ). Sure there are some automatic tools to do it ... but the results in visitors/sales where poor to 0.

My best tool is my brain. It helps me with my offline work as it processes the need of my clients. As for online, it depends on what you are promoting. It hard to suggest any tools when you do not mention what products or services you want to get involved with. Internet marketing is a broad term and it will require to narrow down which direction you are thinking of going to suggest the right tool(s) to apply.
