    I am using SEO spyglass
    SpyGlass will report backlinks, page titles, Anchor text, Anchor URLs, PR and more. But as far as I remember, not the keywords. Why is it you want to know your competitor's keywords? You can very easily find out their keywords without using any software. You obviously know your competitors; Just view the underlying source code. You will find all the info you need. But still not sure why you need their keywords.

    Backlinks is what SpyGlass is purported to excel at. That is what I have used, but there may be other software on the market that does similar data mining where backlinks are concerned.

    No such application is anywhere near to being perfect, as they are wholly dependent on SEs for link data.

    And, no SE can know of all links at all times.

    As for BackLinkWatch, it has several severe problems which have been widely noted. Chief among such problems are the facts that it:
    • Hangs as often as not;
    • Frequently truncates its report;
    • Truncates displayed URLs of source pages; and,
    • Misreports PR of source pages, possibly owing to said URL truncation.

    I quite like SEO MOZ. There is a tool that they have that tells you all the backlinks your competitors have that you do not and even lets you filter them by what rae deemed to be the best. That relies on you trusting SEO MOZ to decide which are best though and they don't update the link profile often enough for my liking but I think it does what you seem ot be looking for.

    Also I think you have to be a paid member for full functionality so that might be a sticking point.

    For backlink analysis, SEOmoz's Open Site Explorer is good but only have one complaint about it--the data is not updated as quickly as it could be.

    For the best backlink data, right now Majestic SEO is my recommendation. Lots of data, accurate, and up to date. But you'll pay for it. It's not free.

    To repeat - and, this cannot be too strongly emphasized - it is impossible for any party to know of all links.

    According to my point of view Yahoo site explorer is the best back link checker.
