Joost Devalk's (Yoasts) plugin is, in my opinion, by far, the best out to date.

And you can look up new SEO plugins:

1. in the WP DashBoard + Plugins + Search + SEO
2. On the wordpress.org Plugin site: Search + SEO
3. Or since Google may be fastest to index fresh content:
   
   site:http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ SEO

Note the star rating on the wordpress site as an indication of the popularity (Quality??) of a plugin.

I think Google sitemap is bets plug-ins. I say this because its my experience with this tool. I know many plug-ins are useful, but I like to used it very much. Another good and helpful wordpress plug-in is WP Super Cache.
