    WordPress For e-commerce Sites

    Guys,

What do you think about it? CMS such as wordpress is a good solution for e-commerce sites. Is it good enough or they must stick to traditional kind of websites. What are your views about it?

So far after setting up and converting over OScomerce sites to wordpress I find it is an excellent solution and has increased SEO on those sites. With the ecommerce plugins available for wordpress you can find the solution to fit your needs.

Cart66 is a premium wordpress cart plugin with some nice features. I agree with Ravenhawk. With the control over content types and taxonomies, user capabilities, you can do alot more with wordpress than most people think who still think it's just a blogging platform.
I build custom WordPress themes and plugins with love, and occasionally post on my stupid blog about related topics. Contact me.
